Day#89

Just received my official email from University of Maryland College Park, acknowledging my efforts of fully completing the application, and hopefully can get back in touch with me in 2-3 weeks! I feel accomplished all of my applications are completed just hope I get accepted in to each and every one of them. Otherwise, I’m about to complete this packet for physics before I go to work tonight. Today is going to be a very long day; I just have to make the best of my circumstances though. With proper time management, and staying positive everything will work out for the best.

Day#88

My five college applications are finally completed! The last university I had to apply for was University of Maryland College Park, and that was done well just a couple of minutes ago. Now all I have to do is see if guidance will mail off my official transcript and letter of recommendations tomorrow in school. Now that all of my applications are delivered off it's time to play the waiting game. Hopefully I get accepted into all 5 colleges, well all 4 because I was already accepted into Delaware State University.

Day#87

My Sunday consisted of another long day at work, matter of fact i seen Mrs. Lori today. Other than that after I clocked out and drove straight to my mom's house to see my mother, she just recently had surgery. I also brought her some food. Riding from Owings Mills all the way to Waldorf MD and back took about 3 hours of my day, however it was worth the ride. I haven’t seen my mom in about two weeks, so getting a chance to spend time and eat with her just for about 30-45 minutes was everything. Until her doctor says she can go back to work, she will be home, I know she will be bored so therefore I think seeing her today made her feel very happy, I knew it did for me.

Day#86

Another boring weekend, I have to find something to do tonight, I will NOT stay in the house. I am going to take the car and go somewhere, mall, movies, something. At least I did something productive today and that was completing my AP Human Geo Project as well as my College Algebra homework. Work, work, work that’s all i have been doing, now it's time to go out and enjoy my weekend. On the other hand, I received my paycheck last night! Working and making your own money is the best feeling in the world at times.

Day#85

So today I received my letter of recommendation from Mr. Carney, well the written part, he just now has to  fill out the recommendation sheet I  had to print from offline. Well at least I’m just down to one last thing before I  send out my last application. I wonder how I am going to show proof that i sent out my Clark Atlanta app, if I already mailed it? To tell you the truth i have no idea, I’m going to find a way though.

Day#84

Another day at New Town, followed by another afternoon at work, responsibility is really kicking in about now. However, nothing is too hard for me to handle, time-management is an aspect that I really have to put in use. Other than that though I really need my recommendation from Mr. Carney, he said he would have it for me today, but he went on a field trip. Tomorrow is definitely my day to receive my letter of recommendation from him. At least I hope so.

Day#83

Chills day I guess, nothing really interesting happened today. Now days I just have been looking for scholarship, and waiting patiently for my acceptance letters to come back to me. The last application I have to send in University of Maryland, College Park, just waiting on my recommendation from Mr. Carney. He said he'll have it by tomorrow, so we will see. Once I get the recommendation I will have all the pieces to a well completed application.
